M.I.C. Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Eileen O. Penland as its Chief Operating Officer

Reston, Virginia – June 22, 2007 – M.I.C. Industries, Inc., manufacturer of the patented Ultimate Building Machine® (UBM®), is pleased to announce the appointment of Eileen O. Penland as its Chief Operating Officer as of July 1, 2007. In that capacity she will be the highest ranking executive at M.I.C. after the Chairman & CEO and will be in charge of all corporate departments.

Ansari, Founder and Chairman of M.I.C. and an industrialist for over 37 years. “Her abilities have been nothing short of stellar. She has been part of the management team that has been the backbone of this company for seventeen years.”

A CPA, and a graduate of Georgetown University, Ms. Penland left an outstanding career with one of the top accounting firms and joined M.I.C. seventeen years ago. She became the Chief Financial Officer, moved up to Executive Vice President, and now to the Chief Operating Officer and CFO.
